The Farm-to-Consumer Foundation supports Public Interest Litigation (PIL) through the efforts of organizations like the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund that represent producers and consumers who have had government enforcement actions directed at them, as well as challenge federal, state, and local laws that prohibit or restrict access to local food. Please use the form found on this page if you wish to support PIL activities with your credit card or print it off and send it in with your check to the address below. Your donation will be tax deductible to the full extent of the law. No goods or services are promised with your donation.

Help Preserve the Foundation of a Sustainable Local Food Movement!
Your choice to purchase your family's food from local sources is one of the main principles for a healthy economy, healthy community and a healthier you. With your donation on the Foundation's Public Interest Litigation donation page, you are directly supporting our grants to organizations that work to protect your rights to access your food producer and their ability to sell you the products of your choice.
