Real Dairy Education Starts Here!

For farmers and consumers at all levels of raw milk production and consumption experience who want to learn more about the methods and opportunities of raw milk production, the consumer’s role in safe handling practices, and the new relationships that the raw milk movement is fostering within the local food movement.

Farmers: Start, maintain, or upgrade your raw milk dairy

Consumers: Learn more about raw milk production (so you can choose a producer with confidence) and about the safe handling of fresh, raw milk from the farm to your table

Note: We will be starting our new Webinar series in January 2014 (dates and times coming soon)!  You will have the option to join us online or listen to the experts over the phone.

Our new webinar format will allow producers and consumers of raw milk to listen to our raw milk experts, see related pictures and information on their computer, and ask our experts questions in real time about their concerns or on the topics of the discussion.

You will be able to choose to attend the webinars on goats or cows or our open forum where you ask the questions and direct the conversation, or attend all three for a wide ranging conversation on proper raw milk production, collection and monitoring, as well as safe handling.
