The rural town of Hagerstown, IN. is experiencing what many some midwest towns know too well, as farming and manufacturing jobs disappear, residents are moving away in a steady trickle and few return. Hagerstown High School has created a cattle-to-cafeteria program to help students form an interest in agriculture and hopefully entice students not to move away.
